Each and every one of our clients receives an individualized care plan developed by competent staff at our agency. After the free initial consultation, our staff develops the necessary plan of care in partnership with the clients and the clients' family. Highly trained and capable aides who are supervised by professional nurses provide the care. All of our aides are professionally trained and certified by the state.
Certified aides provide personalized home care as well as assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, movements, ambulating, exercises, and meal preparations and medication reminders. The aides also provide clients valuable socialization, companionship, and encouragement.
The Home Health Aide is a para professional employee trained to provide personal care and related services, functioning under the direction of the branch administrator and supervision and instruction of the R.N or field supervisor.
Our aides provide services at home, nursing facilities or hospitals and/or provide temporary relief to primary caregivers. Their duties include assisting with grooming, routine maintenance and care of external catheters, dressing/undressing, assisting with walking and changing position, toilet needs and feeding.
All Personal Care Aides are supervised by a registered nurse who guides activities through an individualized plan of care, developed to meet the patient's and family's needs. Our Personal Care Aides help clients to remain at or return home from nursing facility or hospital and/or provide temporary relief to primary caregivers.
Our seasoned Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) provide a range of healthcare services for clients recovering on their terms — at home, in a nursing facility or in the hospital. Our core clinical service is 1-on-1 care provided 24 hours a day / 7 days a week by highly qualified Registered Nurses (RNs).
